We have created a reflective and collaborative group supervision space specifically for coaches who work with groups. It offers you the chance to pause, step back and deepen your practice in the company of peers who share similar challenges and joys. Our supervision group will provide you with a point of reflection and source of intelligence offering insights into how you work with your own groups.
Coaching Supervision is about resourcing you as a practitioner, helping you strengthen your confidence, maintain high professional standards and bring your best to the groups you serve.
As one definition puts it:
“Supervision is a joint endeavour in which a practitioner, with the help of a supervisor, attends to their clients, themselves as part of their client-practitioner relationships and the wider systemic and ecological context. By doing so, they improve the quality of their work, transform their client relationships, and continuously develop themselves, their practice and the wider profession.” – Hawkins & McMahon

We work in a facilitative and developmental way, creating a safe and engaging space where you can reflect, learn, and grow. Together we will:
Explore your group coaching experiences and dilemmas with openness and curiosity.
Strengthen your capacity by noticing patterns, assumptions and possibilities.
Resource you when challenges arise, providing space to process what may feel heavy or complex.
Hold quality, ethical and professional standards at the heart of our work.
We bring presence, honesty, and encouragement, offering feedback and challenge where it serves you and the group. We also invite you to bring your whole self, your curiosity and your commitment to coaching and your clients.
Our work together is confidential, supportive and creative with you and your clients at heart.
This programme is especially for:
Coaches who work with groups (organisational, leadership, peer or other group settings).
Coaches who want to sustain and develop their coaching practice through a regular reflective space.
Coaches who value learning with peers in a supportive, collaborative environment.
