GROUP COACHING SUPERVISION FOR COACHES WHO WORK WITH GROUPS

Working with groups is rich, complex, and endlessly rewarding. It can also be demanding in ways that are hard to put into words and even harder to process alone.

This supervision group exists to help you navigate your way through that complexity and richness with peers who also understand what that's like.

Designed specifically for coaches who work with groups, this is a space dedicated to enabling you to step back from the doing, make sense of your experience and deepen your practice in the company of others who truly understand the terrain.

Whether you're navigating a tricky group dynamic, sitting with something that didn't land the way you hoped, or simply wanting a regular space to reflect and grow, this is where you bring it.

As one definition puts it:
“Supervision is a joint endeavour in which a practitioner, with the help of a supervisor, attends to their clients, themselves as part of their client-practitioner relationships and the wider systemic and ecological context. By doing so, they improve the quality of their work, transform their client relationships, and continuously develop themselves, their practice and the wider profession.” – Hawkins & McMahon

How we will work together

Together, we'll explore your group coaching experiences with curiosity and honesty. We'll notice patterns and assumptions, untangle complexity and resource you when things feel heavy. Quality and ethical practice run through everything we do.

You're invited to bring your whole self, your questions, your dilemmas, your growing edges and your wins.

As Hawkins & McMahon put it, supervision is "a joint endeavour" that helps you improve the quality of your work, transform your client relationships and keep growing as a practitioner. That's exactly what we aim to do.
